When you first visit Lake Houston Pediatric Dentistry, one of the things you will notice is how much fun it is for the kids. Our office is designed to help children feel at ease. While our front office helps you complete necessary paperwork, your child can play video games, watch a movie, play with toys, or read a book.

Our clinical team will then guide you back to our hygiene area. Parents are always welcome to accompany their child for the cleaning and exam. We use this time to educate both patients and their parents and it is important that you are fully informed and able to ask questions. Children get to choose their flavor of toothpaste and then we “tickle” their teeth with our special toothbrush.

After we do a professional cleaning, we will proceed to our x-ray room where we will take pictures of their teeth. Finally, Dr. Reddy will come and “count” your child’s teeth and apply our special “princess or Spiderman vitamins” (fluoride). After completing each step of the appointment, your child will be rewarded with a special gold coin which they can use at our toy-tower to buy prizes.
